- A number of our members have written papers for the special edition of the journal Sport in Society, to be published by Routledge in September 2011 as a book, entitled Disability in the Global Sport Arena: A Sporting Chance.
- Four members are presenting at the FICCDAT 2011 conference In Toronto. www.ficcdat.ca
- Four members plan to attend the VISTA 2011 conference in Bonn, Germany.
- We are in the process of planning a photography exhibit - disability in photography - in association with the 2012 ScotiaBank CONTACT Photography Festival in Toronto and the 2012 Paralympic Games in London, England. A travelling educational exhibit for schools and colleges is also planned.
